CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS

The Versa Fit Club team of coaches have extensive experience and knowledge in a wide range of training disciplines. From beginner home workout and gym-based  programs, to intermediate and advanced-level strength and functional training. Most of our coaches are certified Movement Specialists and Strength and Conditioning Coaches, many of whom have also worked as Personal Trainers in various gyms. In addition, each of our coaches have years of experience in exercise and training program design and development for clients of varying levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced.

By signing up for our NUTRITION & FITNESS COACHING programs, you will get completely customized training, which is updated monthly, delivered via our mobile app. In addition, your coach will provide you with a customized meal plan, designed to support and optimize your training and get you results!

Our TRAINING ONLY PROGRAMS are designed for the independent gym-based or home-based individual, looking to level-up their training. We have a range of programs available – whether you are a beginner, intermediate or at an advanced level.

 

Exercise and weight training can be taxing on the body – particularly on your muscles and joints. It’s therefore essential to ensure that your nutrition provides you with enough energy to keep you going during your workout, and also provides your body with the correct nutrients and protein to assist with post-workout repair and recovery.
