WHAT IS ACCOUNTABILITY?

Personal accountability is key in your health and fitness journey, and involves accurately and honestly assessing yourself on how adherent you have been to sticking to your plan. Have you completed all your workouts? Have you followed your meal plan? These are some of the biggest stumbling blocks when starting a weight loss or fitness journey.

HOW DOES ONLINE FITNESS & NUTRITION COACHING WORK?

  • CLIENT CONSULTATION & ASSESSMENT – We send you’re a detailed questionnaire which enables us to get an in-depth overview of your current lifestyle, health conditions and goals. During your onboarding consultation call with your coach, we discuss your situation and requirements in more detail, establish what your goals and needs are, and the best plan of action to approach your coaching program.
  • PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT – Your coach will then develop a completely customized meal plan and exercise program around your needs, and also advise if any medical consultations may be required.
  • GET STARTED – You receive your intro pack and plans via our mobile app and your journey officially begins.
  • ONGOING COACHING & SUPPORT – We provide regular accountability check-in calls with our clients to provide support and guidance as you work through your program, noting any challenges or achievements on the way. These calls are important for both client and coach to ensure that we are moving you forward to achieving your goals, and also enables your coach to make changes to your plan, should these be required. You have access to your coach via the mobile app, and with our high-level packages, you also get WhatsApp access to your coach for additional support and communication.
  • GOALS & MILESTONES REACHED – We celebrate your wins and support you during the times that life gets challenging; and once those have been achieved, we guide you on the next steps of your health and fitness journey.
